“At the weekend I travelled to Ireland to compete in Ireland’s first ever UCI cyclocross race, they had made a great course with man made bridges, a wooded section and a set of up hill full height hurdles. It was a dry, fast race, and for the majority of the race I was in a leading group of 3 riders, then after hopping the hurdles and another rider unfortunately having a mechanical I managed to ride away solo for my first UCI elite race win.
