"Huge thank you to Ride for Charlie for helping to get me out to Belgium for my first trip abroad to do 3 races, Diegem, Baal and Gullegem. I learned a huge amount from the racing which was very different especially with the large fields. I hope that I can put this into practice for next cyclocross season when I will definitely be going back out."

"I had such a great time at Diegem Superprestige racing with the elite women. Thank you so much to Ride for Charlie supporting my trip out there.
I was able to get in lots of practice before the race and with the help of EvoDevo I was able to find the fastest lines. There was a crash at the start of the race which I had to go around but I pushed on to catch up. I managed to do 4 laps out of 6 before I was pulled by the 80% so got about 40 minutes of racing.
My favourite parts of the course were the banks before the sand pit, the off camber and the ruts before the steps as these sections were fast and flowed really well.
I really enjoyed racing against the older riders who pushed me to keep up with them, it was such a valuable experience.
Thank you so much Ride for Charlie, I will always remember my first time racing at Diegem, and I wouldn’t have been there without your support!"

This sounds such a special trip for a first trip to Belgium.
"My first time racing abroad, I raced at Mol in the SuperPrestige league. It was a crazy experience and I’ve never raced a course like it!! Not feeling 100% going into the race but absolutely enjoyed all of the close battles and it was an incredible experience.
My next race was in Hamme and it was an absolute mudfest! Seeing as I didn’t get to practice all of the technical bits beforehand I couldn’t go quickly on all of the technical sections but nevertheless, I really enjoyed the race and it was such a great experience!
I just want to thank Nick and Sarah for allowing these races to happen. It has been an amazing experience and I am more than eager to return. I couldn’t have done this without Ride for Charlie so I’m super grateful for this opportunity and hopefully it is the start of more to come!’"
