“Recently we travelled to Haiming in Austria as a family to race in the HC race there. I had previously raced here and it is one of my favourite tracks which is why I was keen to return. It was a tough race with rainy conditions overnight making it even more technical than it already was. Unfortunately the race didn’t go very well for me, but Emily made some good steps forward after her tonsillectomy, and this race played a key part in our preparation towards the main part of the season with world cups approaching.
