“Thanks to RFC I was able to attend the ITU multi-sport world championship in Ibiza. I has so much fun and learned lots whilst racing the cross- duathlon. The race consisted of a lumpy technical 6km run, 21 km bike followed by another technical run of 3km. I finished In a time of 02:05:58, taking the win in my age group and 3rd out right.”
